We started as a small travel agency, specializing in all inclusive resort travel. After developing some special relationships with multiple travel suppliers, we moved on to become Disney Vacation specialists and Cruise planners!
While it is true, for those who like, you can book your trips on your own at any of the OTA (online travel agency sites) with a self booking feature like Expedia or Booking.com, we felt that in many cases travelers where not getting personal attention that can be required during planning.
We found that the biggest issue comes from customer service. Most of those "Book it yourself" companies look at you as just a number. They do not care about your trip or you. Just your $$$! We on the other hand, like to personalize your trip and get involved in helping you find what makes this trip special. Could it be a cheap price only? Sure! But could it be a special family trip? Or group getaway like a bachelor or bachelorette party? Maybe a big group cruise or honeymoon! We don't want you to leave that to chance.
